Commercial siding FAQ
Can you repair only the damaged sections of siding?
Often, yes. If matching material is still available and the wall behind it is sound, a section repair is usually the most cost-effective option. Where hail has hit a whole elevation, or the profile or colour is discontinued, re-siding that elevation may make more sense. We’ll show you what we found and explain the options.
Which siding holds up best on Calgary commercial buildings?
It depends on the building and budget. Fibre cement and metal panels resist impact and fire better than vinyl, while vinyl is lighter and lower cost. Whatever the material, proper flashing and sealant details matter as much as the cladding for keeping water out. Do you handle insurance claims for commercial hail damage?
