Jesse has been with Total Exteriors since its inception and since 2015 had lead the company as General Manager. He oversees all staff and manages large multi-unit, commercial and complex projects with a steady hand and strategic vision. Certified in HAAG Residential and Commercial inspections and Xactimate estimating, Jesse has been involved in several CAT-related storms across Canada, gaining extensive experience in managing surge capacity and complex claims. Known for his adaptability and team-first mindset, Jesse thrives on the challenges of large losses and takes pride in seeing the company and his colleagues grow. His calm leadership is a cornerstone of Total Exteriors’ trusted reputation.
Brent Biever
Project Manager
Since joining Total Exteriors in 2021, Brent has grown from Site Supervisor to Project Manager by learning the business from the ground up. He brings a strong mix of technical skill and people-first leadership, with certifications in Xactimate, Fall Arrest, Boom Lift training, and First Aid. Brent thrives in the collaborative, high-performing culture at Total Exteriors and credits the mentorship of senior leaders with fuelling his development. His passion lies in helping clients navigate stressful situations and turning chaos into a successful outcome. Outside of work, Brent enjoys staying active—whether that’s playing baseball, hitting the gym, or enjoying the outdoors with his father.
Steve Horner
Project Manager
Steve brings over 15 years of construction and restoration experience to his role as Project Manager at Total Exteriors, where he’s been a key team member since 2020. With a background that includes owning his own construction company, Steve has developed deep expertise in inspections, estimating, production, claims handling, and customer care. He holds Xactimate training and is HAAG Certified, supporting our commitment to quality workmanship and transparency. Steve is motivated by the opportunity to help homeowners restore their properties and navigate the insurance process with confidence. Outside of work, he’s an avid hockey goalie, golfer, and enjoys the outdoors. Clients appreciate his approachable style and dedication to getting the job done right.
